What happens after I fill in the form?

You will get an automated email with a link to create an account in the Business Hub or further instructions on how to start your trial.

Will someone help me set up the new product?

All of our products have business-grade support included. Create support tickets or start a chat with our friendly support team. In some cases, the sales team may also reach out to you to see if you have any questions or concerns that they can help with.

Is it really free?

Yes! You don’t even need a credit card to start an Avast Business trial.

Can I test the product on more than 1 device?

Yes, your trial license will be valid for up to 100 devices. You will just have to send the installation file to all the PCs or Macs that you want to test it on.

When does the 30-day trial start?

The 30 days start once you create your account in the Business Hub. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated about the number of days left before your trial expires.

What happens after the 30 days?

During and after the trial, you can switch to a paid license of the product(s) you tested. You can buy your product from the Business Hub or from an Avast Sales Representative. Paid licenses are offered for 1, 2, and 3-year time frames, and you can select the number of devices you need to protect. If you decide not to buy any products from Avast Business, your Business Hub account will be deleted after a few months of inactivity.

Can I try the same product multiple times?

No, you can only try each product one time. If you need more time to decide after the trial, Avast Business offers a 30-day money back guarantee.

Can I try another product after this one?

Yes, most of our products offer a trial option and you can try more than one product. You can find all the available trials on the Business Hub Subscription page. You can also reach out to our sales or support team if you are not sure what to try next.

I already have a Business Hub account. How do I start a trial?

Please log into your account and go to the Subscription page. The new trial will automatically keep all settings of your console.
